i really enjoyed the convenient location. it was a short walk to the main shopping street. the staff was polite and easy to talk to. the room had plenty of storage space, which i appreciated.
the hotel room felt a bit bland. the decor felt corporate, especially near reception. i think there were not enough tea bags and no milk in the room.

Decent stay , but some issues

My experience was mixed. The staff were generally polite , but at times seemed preoccupied. There weren't enough supplies in the room ,like tea bags and milk , which was annoying. I also found it difficult to get service at the bar. I had to ask the staff to find someone to serve me , even though they noticed me waiting. It was not very attentive.

The staff was very efficient and friendly, definitely a highlight.
The tea bags were limited in my room and there was no milk provided. I had to ask staff to get someone at the bar even though they saw me waiting, this was a bit annoying. It reminded me of they didn't acknowledge me when dealing with another guest.
